✔ Other (heating with air conditioning, bed linen, duvets and final cleaning)
✔ Parking: public parking FREE OF CHARGE near the room in the open parking lot "Delta" with a ramp. After check-in the host will give you a parking card and explain where it is located. "PLEASE NOTE" - the deposit for a parking ticket is 50€ or 400 Kn in case you lose your parking ticket or do not return it to the host.
✔ Smoking is not allowed in the room
✔ Pets are not allowed
✔ Parties/events are not allowed
✔ LOCATION AND PARKING: ROOM Violet Theater is located in the center of Rijeka, approx. 200 meters away from the main town promenade Korzo, approx. 800 meters from the bus station, approx. 1,4 kilometers from the train station, approx. 1,5 kilometers from KBC Rijeka and approx. 1,1 kilometers from the Faculty of Maritime Studies, at the address of Matačićeva 1, on the 2nd floor, where everything is close at hand. Offers relaxing atmosphere and peace, where you will have privacy and comfort in the newly renovated 15m2. The ceilings are very high and Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole Room and is free of charge.
PARKING: Right next to the room there is street parking (0.ZONA) where you can only park for 2 hours as parking time is limited: street Demetrova, Wanzelova, Zagrebačka, Matačićeva, Demetrova, Riva Boduli, Verdijeva, Senjsko pristanište and cost 7Kn/hour (0.ZONA). Billing time: (from Monday - Friday: 7am-9pm) (Saturday: 7am-2pm) and (Sunday: 7am-12am). At the end of that time and Holidays parking in those streets is FREE OF CHARGE. Payment methods: Parking slot machine - cash payment in Kuna ~ (Only receive coins worth from 1, 2 or 5 Kuna) or sending sms messages to the appropriate number (SMS number 708510) or at the Kiosk of Tisak near the parking lot or with Paydo app - if you have that app on your cell phone and filled account with money in Paydo app.
✔ CHECK-IN: from 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Arrival: Check-in time is 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (or later if agreed). If it is not agreed the exact time of arrival, it is necessary to contact the host at least one hour before the arrival. Upon arrival at the room, host will be waiting for you, take your passport informations for check in, give you the keys of the room, password for Wi-Fi and answer any questions. Every guest in the room gets medium and large towel, brochures of Rijeka and Rijeka city map. If payment is not made in advance, it is necessary to pay the full amount on the day of entry into the room.
✔ CHECK-OUT: till 11am
Check-out time is at 11am (unless otherwise agreed with the owner). When leaving the room, close the windows, turn off the lights and air conditioner, lock the door and leave the keys in the postbox. Before leaving, check the room. If there is damage in the room, it is necessary to report it to the host before leaving the room. In case you have forgotten something in the room, it is necessary to contact the host as soon as possible. The loss of keys shall be charged 50 €.
