✔ LOCATION AND PARKING: Apartment ART 2. is located in the center of Rijeka, approx. 800 meters away from the main town promenade Korzo, approx. 700 meters from the bus station, approx. 300 meters from the train station, approx. 200 meters from KBC Rijeka and approx. 400 meters from the Faculty of Maritime Studies, at the address of Rikard Katalinic Jeretova 1, on the 2nd floor, where everything is close at hand. Sunny and offers relaxing atmosphere and peace, overlooking the beautiful park, where you will have privacy and comfort in the newly renovated 40m2. It is an expression of art with lots of colours, energy and coastal charm, which will bring joy in your life. :) The ceilings are very high and Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole apartment and is free of charge. It has everything for comfortable living. 

 

 

✔ PARKING on the streets: right next to the apartment there is street parking - on all those streets you can park your car on a blue line: street - Zdenka Petranovića, street - Rikarda Katalinića Jeretova, street - Nikole cara, street - Josipa Završnika, street - Potok and street - Stane Vončinei. 

 

  • PRICE: 
  •   0.60€  per hour - Billing time: (from Monday - Friday: 7:00am-9:00pm) and (Saturday: 7:00am-2:00pm)                                                                                (from Saturday 2:00pm till Monday 7:00am and Holidays is FREE OF CHARGE)
  •   4.80€  (All-day parking ticket from 7am-9:00pm - when the payment is made on the streets)
  • 22.56€  (1-Week Ticket + magnetic card 2.65€)
  • 66.00€  (Monthly Ticket + magnetic card 2.65€)

 

  • You can pay for street parking (per hour or All-day parking ticket) via the Bmove Parking application - https://www.bmove.com/ - The application is in English, German, Italian, Slovenian, Polish and Croatian language.

 

  • IMPORTANT INFO for street parking - at the counter of the Rijeka plus d.o.o. point of sale, street Jelačićev trg 3., in the center of Rijeka you can buy a 1-Weekly and Monthly parking ticket and it is not necessary to leave the parking ticket in the vehicle. An identity card and the traffic license of the vehicle for which the 1-Weekly or Monthly parking ticket is requested are required. When registering a 1-Weekly or Monthly parking ticket, a magnetic card is created, the price of which is 2.65 euros.

 

  • WORKING HOURS of the point of sale street Jelačićev trg 3., for street parking: 
  • on Weekdays from Monday – Friday (from 6:30am to 7:30pm) 
  • and on Saturdays (from 7:30am to 4:30pm)

 

 

 

✔ CHECK-IN: from 6:00pm to 10:00pm

Arrival: Check-in time is 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (or later if agreed). If it is not agreed the exact time of arrival, it is necessary to contact the host at least one hour before the arrival. Please note arrivals outside check-in hours we can tolerate one hour of delay at no extra cost and after that time we charge late arrivals in cash upon arrival at the apartment (from 20€-150€)! Upon arrival at the apartment, host will be waiting for you, take your passport informations for check in, give you the keys of the apartment, password for Wi-Fi and answer any questions. Every guest in the apartment gets medium and large towel, brochures of Rijeka and Rijeka city map. If payment is not made in advance, it is necessary to pay the full amount on the day of entry into the apartment.

 

✔ CHECK-OUT: till 10:00am

Check-out time is at 10:00am (unless otherwise agreed with the owner). When leaving the apartment, close the windows, turn off the lights, the heating or air conditioner, lock the door and leave the keys in the postbox. Before leaving, check the apartment. If there is damage in the apartment, it is necessary to report it to the host before leaving the apartment. In case you have forgotten something in the apartment, it is necessary to contact the host as soon as possible. The loss of keys shall be charged 200 €.
