✔ Kitchen (Full equipped; Modern kitchen, cooking plate, oven, refrigerator and freezer, plates, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils, kettle, coffee maker)
✔ Bathroom (Shower box, washing machine, hair dryer, soap, shower gel, towels, toilette paper)
✔ Entertainment and Electronics (Free Wi-Fi, LCD Cable/TV, air conditioning, heating/AC, iron and ironing board)
✔ Other (rack for drying clothes, vacuum cleaner, Safe box, bed linen, duvets and final cleaning)

✔ LOCATION AND PARKING: Apartment Korzo is located in the center of Rijeka, approx. 10 meters away from the main town promenade Korzo, approx. 300 meters from the bus station, approx. 900 meters from the train station, approx. 1100 meters from KBC Rijeka and approx. 800 meters from the Faculty of Maritime Studies, at the address of Trg 128 Brigade Hrvatske Vojske 4, on the 1st floor, where everything is close at hand. It has everything for comfortable living. Right next to the apartment there is closed parking under the ramp – „Parkiralište Putnička obala“ Price: 0.90 cent ~ 7 Kn/hour. Billing time (from Monday – Saturday: 7am-22pm) and (Sunday: 7am-5pm), after that time closed parking under the ramp is free. (1-Week Ticket: 25 Eur ~ 190 Kn).
✔ CHECK-IN: from 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Arrival: Check-in time is 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM (or later if agreed). If it is not agreed the exact time of arrival, it is necessary to contact the host at least one hour before the arrival. Please note arrivals outside check-in hours we can tolerate one hour of delay at no extra cost and after that time we charge late arrivals in cash upon arrival at the apartment (from 20€-150€)! Upon arrival at the apartment, host will be waiting for you, take your passport informations for check in, give you the keys of the apartment, password for Wi-Fi and answer any questions. Every guest in the apartment gets medium and large towel, brochures of Rijeka and Rijeka city map. If payment is not made in advance, it is necessary to pay the full amount on the day of entry into the apartment.
✔ CHECK-OUT: till 11am
Check-out time is at 10am (unless otherwise agreed with the owner). When leaving the apartment, close the windows, turn off the lights, the heating or air conditioner, lock the door and leave the keys in the postbox. Before leaving, check the apartment. If there is damage in the apartment, it is necessary to report it to the host before leaving the apartment. In case you have forgotten something in the apartment, it is necessary to contact the host as soon as possible. The loss of key shall be charged 50 €.
