✔ LOCATION AND PARKING: Apartment Mery is located in the center of Rijeka, approx. 500 meters away from the main town promenade Korzo, approx. 500 meters from the bus station, approx. 800 meters from the train station, approx. 900 meters from KBC Rijeka and approx. 200 meters from the Faculty of Maritime Studies, at the address of Ive Marinkovića 16, on the 1st floor, where everything is close at hand. Sunny and offers relaxing atmosphere and peace, where you will have privacy and comfort in the newly renovated 60m2. It has everything for comfortable living. Right next to the apartment there is street parking: street Slaviše Vajnera Čiče, street Moše Albaharija, street Ive Marinkovića, street Ivana Rendića, and and street Ljudevita Matešića and cost 4Kn/hour or 32Kn/daily ticket parking or 170Kn/one week ticket. Billing time: (from Monday - Friday: 7am-9pm) and (Saturday: 7am-2pm). From Saturday 2pm till Monday 7am and Holidays is FREE OF CHARGE. Or in the underground garage "Zagrad" street: Ul. Ivana Pavla II, 51000, Rijeka with video surveillance 24/7 and with extra charge, right next to the apartment. Price: 0.90 cent ~ 7 Kn/hour (from Monday – Saturday: 7am-6pm) and 0.50 Cent ~ 4 Kn/hour (from Monday - Saturday and Sunday and Holiday 6pm-7am) -- (1-Week Ticket: 40 Eur ~ 300 Kn).
✔ CHECK-IN: from 3:00pm to 10:00pm
Arrival: Check-in time is 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM (or later if agreed). If it is not agreed the exact time of arrival, it is necessary to contact the host at least one hour before the arrival. Please note arrivals outside check-in hours we can tolerate one hour of delay at no extra cost and after that time we charge late arrivals in cash upon arrival at the apartment (from 20€-150€)! Upon arrival at the apartment, host will be waiting for you, take your passport informations for check in, give you the keys of the apartment, password for Wi-Fi and answer any questions. Every guest in the apartment gets medium and large towel, brochures of Rijeka and Rijeka city map. If payment is not made in advance, it is necessary to pay the full amount on the day of entry into the apartment.
✔ CHECK-OUT: till 11am
Check-out time is at 10am (unless otherwise agreed with the owner). When leaving the apartment, close the windows, turn off the lights, the heating or air conditioner, lock the door and leave the keys in the postbox. Before leaving, check the apartment. If there is damage in the apartment, it is necessary to report it to the host before leaving the apartment. In case you have forgotten something in the apartment, it is necessary to contact the host as soon as possible. The loss of key shall be charged 50 €.
